Single shaft shredder

The single-axis shredder is a crushing equipment developed according to the fine processing requirements of materials. The ' V ' -shaped arrangement knife roller and tooth-shaped fixed knife structure designed by Jeep Environmental Protection are equipped with a hydraulic booster and an improved suspension reducer, which can achieve efficient crushing of industrial waste and domestic waste such as waste tires, plastics, and wood products. Combined with the discharge control function of the combined screen, the equipment allows the material to be machined in a single step process which greatly improve the production efficiency.

The tool adopts imported material, which has a higher strength, better wear resistance and longer service life.  

The blanking screen is opened by hydraulic, which can accurately control the discharge size, the operation is simple and convenient, saving time and manpower.

The reducer adopts suspension installation design, which has compact structure, larger output torque and stronger bearing capacity, which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Equipped with GI intelligent system, it can realize various monitoring and protection functions such as automatic lubrication, abnormal alarm, intelligent protection of non-breakable objects, reduce manual workload and cost.

 

Double shaft shredder

The two-axis uses two relatively rotating tools to form a shearing and tearing crushing effect on the material. The equipment has low speed, high torque, greater shear force, strong crushing power and better tearing effect. It can cut waste furniture, sofa, mattress, plastic, leather, waste household appliances, waste tires, crop straw and other large materials into smaller sizes at one time. The crushing equipment has high stability and low noise, which can meet the recovery and regeneration treatment of various types of solid waste.

The tool box adopts the overall annealing treatment and integrated processing technology that makes the tool box more integrated, higher mechanical strength, not easily deformed for long uses, which not only avoids the prestress generated by welding, but also has a better operation stability and longer service life.

 

The raw material of the cutting tool is imported alloy steel, which is processed by high-precision machine tools with higher mechanical properties, better toughness and wear resistance, the service life is greatly prolonged.

 

Hydraulic motor drive or double three-phase asynchronous motor + double planetary reducer drive can be selected as needed.

 

Among them, the hydraulic motor drive, has stepless speed, high material adaptability ; the motor + reducer drive is connected by the German standard spline, the transmission torque is stable, high precision, good guidance, allows the equipment with a stronger power.
