Technical introduction:

The dynamic biological filter bed technology system is a highly efficient biological deodorization system that combines biological washing and filtration. It adopts the innovative concept of zero emission architecture, utilizing continuous movement and rotating structure of the biological filter material to enhance the performance of the original bacteria acclimation device and new regular filler. This solves issues such as compaction, blockage, flow problems in fixed biological filter beds, greatly improving degradation efficiency. It is suitable for long-term low-cost operation in places with large air volume and medium to low concentration waste gas treatment.


Technical characteristics:

1. 100% utilization rate of biological filler: the biological filler undergoes intermittent motion, resulting in friction and extrusion between fillers. This facilitates the growth of a biological film on the filler surface, enhancing its ability to acquire nutrition and improve pollutant degradation efficiency.

 

2. Strong shock load resistance, high deodorization efficiency: efficient deodorizing bacteria provided by microbial acclimation equipment ensure constant replacement and renewal of biofilms, enabling stable operation under various conditions with high odor removal efficiency.

 

3. Long-term stable resistance: Minimal pressure drop in equipment fillers ensures regular replacement of aging biofilms to prevent blocking or secondary pollution caused by decay, resulting in long-term stability.

 

4. Low operation cost: only a small amount of water is required during operation without needing frequent replacements.
