The GELOR®-SG biological deodorization equipment utilizes the microbial membrane present on the surface of biological fillers to effectively adsorb, absorb, and degrade odorous substances, thereby efficiently eliminating H2S, NH3, VOCs, and other malodorous components.


Technical features: 

1. Efficient cultivation and domestication of deodorizing bacteria: equipping a state-of-the-art biological laboratory capable of conducting precise separation, meticulous screening, and optimal cultivation of advantageous deodorizing bacteria. Possesses the ability to rapidly domesticate and cultivate these bacteria, ensuring prompt attainment of processing standards upon operation. The system's processing capacity can be swiftly restored following a system shutdown or error repair.

2. Excellent packing performance: the patented biological filler developed by ourselves has the characteristics of high porosity, large specific surface area, high treatment efficiency, strong adaptability to various odor components, etc., and the service life can reach more than 10 years.

3. Strong impact load resistance and high deodorization efficiency: the integrated biological washing and filtration system exhibits high resistance to impact loads, rapid degradation of gaseous pollutants and removal rate of odorous gases is able to exceed 95%.

4. Low operating cost: the pressure drop of the equipment packing is minimal and only a small quantity of water is required during operation without the need for additional chemicals.

5. Reasonable structural design: the air distribution system is designed in a manner that ensures even odor dispersion throughout the packing filter bed, effectively preventing airflow short circuiting and guaranteeing optimal deodorization efficiency.

6. Stable performance of supporting equipment: insulation devices can be configured according to the location of the project to ensure normal operation in low temperature environment in winter. Fan, pump, instrument and other supporting equipment are selected from well-known brands at home and abroad with stable performances.

7. Intelligent IoT: PLC automatic control is adopted to upload the operation status and environmental data of the field equipment to the cloud server in real time, providing intelligent services such as remote control, risk warning, fault alarm, rapid repair, remote diagnosis, big data analysis, data modeling, etc. to improve management efficiency and saving operation costs.
