The pulse bag dust collector is a large-scale dust removal equipment with large dust removal kinetic energy, high dust reduction efficiency, stable and reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in boiler dust removal, power generation, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries. Kiln dust removal, waste incineration flue gas dust removal, workshop dust purification and material dust recycling fields.

working principle

After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, some coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia, collision, natural settlement and other reasons. Most of the dust enters from the bottom of the dust removal chamber with the air flow. Due to the blocking effect of the filter bag/tube, The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag/canister, and gradually covers and superimposes to form a dust layer, which further improves the filtering ability of the filter bag/canister for subsequent dust. Under the guidance of the air flow of the induced draft fan, the dust gas enters the clean air chamber after being purified by the filter bag/canister, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the air outlet to achieve the purpose of dust control and particle recovery.

When the dust on the surface of the filter bag/cylinder continues to increase and the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the time relay (or micro-differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, the pulse controller starts to work, the pulse valves are opened one by one, and the compressed air passes through the blowing port. The filter bag/canister is blown and cleaned. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the filter bag/cylinder rapidly expands and contracts, and the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag/cylinder quickly breaks away from the filter bag/cylinder and falls into the ash hopper. The collected dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve, and the dust is blown After that, the dust collector resumes normal operation. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous filtration and purification of dust-containing gases.
