Wash the absorption tower

Process principle: The GELOR®-CXG progressive concentration washing absorber adopts a multi-layer continuous flow structure, consisting of multiple independent stage washing units with a multi-layer superposition layout of absorption fillers. The waste gas passes through the multi-layer filler structure from bottom to top and is purified by the absorption liquid film formed on the surface of the filler, gradually reducing its concentration after multiple cycle washings. At set intervals, the washing absorption liquid in all levels of washing units is replaced in batches, with saturated liquid from the lowest level being flowed out and returned for recycling after desorption and regeneration. The organic gas generated during regeneration and desorption is converted into liquid form for centralized recovery.


Technical features:

 

1. Efficient treatment: the lowest level of saturated absorption of the washing absorption liquid is promptly discharged to to prevent the loss of efficiency and accumulation of saturated filler, ensuring a stable and effective overall absorption efficiency.

 

2. The discharge concentration can be customized: it allows real-time monitoring, enables adjustment of the amount and frequency of washing absorption liquid anytime and ensures that the highest level washing unit injects fresh washing absorption liquid with the strongest absorption capacity to maintain stable and accurate discharge levels.

 

3. Wide range of applicable gases: the washing absorption liquid is configured based on the exhaust gas composition and concentration.

 

4. Cost-effective operation: By considering the specific characteristics of organic waste gas in different scenarios, we employ various condensation recovery combinations to minimize investment requirements for operations and main equipment, while also taking into account the overall carbon emission index. The equipment only covers a small area, adopts corrosion-resistant material, and has a long service life.
