Process principle: Under the action of electric field, the ion generator produces a large number of α particles, which collide with oxygen molecules in the air to form positive and negative oxygen ions. Positive oxygen ions can oxidize and decompose methyl mercaptan, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, VOCs and other pollutant molecules in a very short time, generating stable and harmless small molecules such as carbon dioxide and water to achieve the purpose of odor purification. At the same time, oxygen ions can reduce the concentration of bacteria in indoor space, and charged ions can adsorb suspended particles that are dozens of times larger than their own weight to achieve the purpose of air purification.


Technical features:

1. The ion concentration can be controlled and measured, and the equipment can be upgraded according to the processing requirements.

2. The operation is programmed and highly intelligent: it can run continuously or intermittently without the presence of specialized personnel to look after.

3. It does not need to occupy the site: can be installed on the ventilation system.

4. Low energy consumption, high treatment efficiency: The ion wind directly covers the pollution source surface, reacting fully with pollutants. It reduces air exchanges and energy consumption significantly (the ion generation device consumes only tens to hundreds of watts of energy, with air resistance within tens of Pa).

5. Long service life: the service life of the ion tube can reach more than 20,000 hours, the service life of the main equipment can reach more than 15 years. Spare parts are easy to replace.
