Belt conveyors
Belt conveyor is a friction-driven device that transports loose materials or finished items in a continuous manner. It can be used for horizontal transportation or inclined transportation. It has the advantages of large transportation capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and standardized components. It is mainly composed of two endpoint rollers (driving roller and redirecting roller) and a closed conveyor belt tightly sleeved on them.
working principle
The driving drum is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. Materials are fed from the feed end and landed on the rotating conveyor belt. Materials are driven by the friction of the conveyor belt and transported to the discharge end for discharge.
