Process route: The high-temperature and high-dust flue gas from the outlet of the preheater C1 is first filtered by a high-temperature metal filter bag (dust removal area), and the dust content of the flue gas is reduced to below 10mg/Nm3, and then the clean high-temperature flue gas passes through the SCR reactor (denitrification zone) from bottom to top, and the ammonia injected into the flue gas undergoes a reduction reaction with NOx under the action of the catalyst, and the NOX is removed to below 50mg/Nm3.


Technical characteristics: 1. The catalyst runs in a clean flue gas, without the risk of blockage, poisoning and wear; 2. The amount of catalyst is reduced, and the service life of the catalyst is extended; 3. The system runs stably; 4. The denitrification efficiency is high; 5. The heat exchange efficiency of the waste heat boiler is improved; 6. The air flow is distributed and the ammonia nitrogen is mixed evenly after the flue gas passes through the metal filter bag; 7. The amount of ammonia injection from the original SNCR is significantly reduced to avoid the corrosion of subsequent equipment.
